Caroline Burton, Artist sells original artworks, prints, and felting kits. All artworks are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Order Process

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

5. Payment

We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal. All payments must be received in full before the order is dispatched.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within New Zealand and internationally. Delivery times may vary and are only estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

7. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty.

While, under New Zealand consumer law, We are not required to accept returns of items due to “change of mind”, I appreciate that it can be difficult to “see” an artwork in your space until you have it. In the unlikely event that you, the purchaser, are not happy with the artwork in your space, you may return it for a full refund. In this case, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the work back to me and you also assume responsibility for the condition of the work until it is delivered to me.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must in their original condition, in original packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, artwork, text, and graphics, is the property of Caroline Burton, Artist and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

Copyright for artworks on this site remain with the artist, even after sale. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the buyer upon purchase Reproductions may not be made.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or disrupt services. Any violation may result in termination of access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caroline Burton, Artist shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or products.
